Holiday Pickleball Festival Refund Policy

Court Rentals:
We do not offer refunds for court rentals. However, we understand that plans can change, so we are happy to assist you in moving your reservation to another available time. In the event that your reservation needs to be changed due to a scheduling conflict or other issue on our end, you will have the option to either reschedule your reservation or receive a full refund.

Fundraiser Tournaments:
Once registration for the fundraiser tournaments is closed, refunds will not be available. Given the complexity of scheduling and creating tournament brackets, we are unable to accommodate last-minute withdrawals.
