Application Process
We appreciate your interest in being part of the Grand National Racquet Center family! We look forward to meeting you and learning more about you.
If interested in applying for Membership to Grand National Racquet Center, the following items must be completed when beginning the application process:
1. Complete the Membership Application. All fields must be completed.
2. Review and sign the Membership Agreement document.
3. Complete the ACH form. This mandatory form is used for setting you up with auto payments for your monthly statements once you are accepted. All members receive their monthly statements on the 1st of the month and auto payments take place on the 15th of the month.
4. Have an initiation fee check ready to turn in with all forms above. We do not accept credit cards nor arrange a payment plan for any Membership initiation fee. Please make check payable to Grand National Racquet Center. Your check is not processed until you have been notified of your acceptance. (Entire fee is due at one time. No payment plans.)
Once we receive all items listed above, we will review all information and contact your references listed. Once we hear back from references, the Club’s committee or CEO at his or her sole discretion will discuss the acceptance of the applying member. The application process may take up to seven (7) business days. (Note: The application process may take longer during busy seasons.)
Once you hear from the Club’s Membership Director about your acceptance, you will be set up with an activated Club Member Profile. We will send you a welcome email along with your Membership Number and all details pertaining to your membership. Members from the Club’s team will assist in getting you and your family acclimated with the Club and look forward to connecting you with fellow members, Club programming, and amenity orientations.
AS THIS IS A NEW CLUB TO BE BUILT, ANY MEMBERSHIP INITIATION FEE WILL BE HELD IN ESCROW UNTIL THE FACILITY PLANS AND PERMITS HAVE BEEN ISSUED AND CONSTRUCTION. INITIATION FEES ARE THEN NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
